禁食啊！禁食啊！ Oh fasting! Oh fasting!
为了这星期五至礼拜天的医治特会我们都在禁食，所以大家加油，加油！绝对不要去想以下这些：
For the upcoming healing meetings from Friday to Sunday, we are all fasting, so everyone, bravo! Keep it up! And don’t think of the following:
告诉自己：不好吃！不好吃！一点都不好吃！
Tell yourslef: Not nice! Not nice! The food is not nice at all!
哇！一包包古晋出名的干捞面都没人开来吃耶！好浪费哦！
Wow! So many packets of Kuching’s famous kolo mee and nobody opened to eat it! What a waste!
禁食的时候，试探会常常来到要使你放弃。。。有时候会有美女把食物带来。。。
When you are fasting, temptations will always come to try to stop you from continuing… Sometimes pretty girls will bring you food…
有时候是俊男。。。Sometimes stunning guys…
可是千万不要上当，因为狗仔队无所不在！
But don’t be tempted because the paparazzi are everywhere!
胜过外面的引诱，然而脑子里却会莫名其妙的浮现一些莫名其妙的食物。。。
After overcoming outside temptations, somehow pictures of some unexpected food would out of the blue enter your mind…
有时候是中餐。。。 Sometimes Chinese food…
有时候想到西餐。。。 Sometimes thinking of western food…
马来餐。。。Malay food…
日本料理。。。Japanese food…
想到名贵餐馆的食物。。。Thinking of prestigious restaurant food…
也想到路边小贩卖的。。。Also food sold by hawkers in the street…
看到鱼，突然又想到海鲜。。。Seeing fish, suddenly think of seafood too…
还有薯条、蛋挞等等。。。 And French fries, egg tarts and so on…
连平常不太吃的面包都出现在异象中了…
Even bread that you seldom eat start appearing in your vision…
天啊！快疯了！连红豆冰和芒果布丁都出现了！
Oh my goodness! It’s maddening! Even ice-kacang and mango pudding appear!
到这个时候你就会很后悔那天能吃的时候为什么不多吃一点！
Up to this point, you will start regretting why you did not eat that much that day when you could still eat!
为什么那天拿那么少？ Why did I take so little that day?
然后立下心志说，以后我要学Edwin和其他人一样每次吃的够够！
