主题/Topic : 绝不能没有爱  Love Must Not Be Lacking

(1) 事奉者的提醒  Reminder for those serving

(i) 在教导事奉者  Teaching those serving : 罗 Rom 12 : 1-8

(ii) 服事必要有爱  Must serve with love : v9-10, 13 ; 13:8

(iii) 但爱不可虚假  But love must be sincere : v9

** 何谓虚假的爱？  What is insincere love?
(a) 形式非自内心  Dutiful not from the heart
(b) 为己利献殷勤  For personal or self-interest
(c) 无真理或智慧  Without God’s truth or wisdom

(2) 缺乏爱向神求  Ask from God if lacking : 约壹 1John 4:7-21

(i) 因为爱从神来  For love comes from God : v7

(ii) 必须彼此相爱  Must love one another : v11-12

(iii) 才能与神亲密  Then can be close to God : v12, 16

    Pastor, the 2 songs here are very nice but… pls don’t worry… I am not starting to make request again… hahaha.. I shall give you a break ! May I know is that malay song recorded in any of your CD as my maid was overjoyed when she listened it here and I would like to get one to encourage her towards the Lord. It’s happy to see her wanting to listen to Christian songs and at times reading the daily bread and when we hold hands to pray in the house, she joined in. Fyi, she knows how to sing your hokkien song “Hold My Hand”….
    By the way, if you are able to but no obligation, can you continue to post the sermon notes every week ? Thanks :-)

      Nope, it’s not my song, but I translated it as I found it very nice and anointed… It’s an Indonesian song, you can find the Asian Idol from Indonesia, Agnes Monica singing this song in Youtube… just type her name and title of the song, it will appear…

      I also got problem when listening to the sermon, always stop…. i guess my line here is not good…therefore, prefer pastor posts ur sermon notes…
      It is a very important subject, still learning… Put God’s love in the first place and love in action.

      Hi Irene, thanks for your support huh ! We can request but it is still up to him to decide… No obligation for him cos he is a really busy man. If he does post, that would be like a bonus to us. Whatever it is, we are thankful. :-)

      Pastor, if I am not wrong, Irene is actually asking you whether you can continue to post the notes like what you are doing for these 3 weeks and not requesting for other notes. What I am trying to tell her is that even if you don’t post in future, it is ok cos you might be busy, must be thankful for what we are alry given. I am not requesting for any other notes.
