那一晚，2010年1月2日，星期六，是我们新的一年的第一次祷告会。。。
那一晚有点特别。。。因为除了是新一年的第一个祷告会之外，大家来的时候也感觉怎么教堂是黑漆漆一片。。。
That night, Saturday Jan 1st 2010, was our first prayer meeting of the new year…
That night was a bit special… because apart from being our first prayer meeting of the year, when the people came, they must be wondering why the church was kind of in darkness…
那是因为我觉得前一晚少团聚会所设计的四季概念很有创意、很特别，所以叫他们不要把设计拆下，一直留到主日。。。
That was because I felt that the “four seasons” concept of the Youth meeting the night before was very creative and special, so I asked them not to take down the design but to keep it till Sunday…
高大宏伟的高伟宏团长告诉我说，不开灯会比较有气氛，也比较美观。。。
Mighty and magnificent leader Geoff David Koh told me the atmosphere would be nicer if we did not switch on the lights and would look more beautiful too…
他说开灯的话就看得出全部都是旧报纸和废纸。。。他是对的，你看开灯的结果。。。
He said if we turned on the lights, then everyone could see everything was just old newspapers and waste paper… he was right, see the result of turning on the lights…
所以你不要小看高团长形象怪怪的，有时候你不得不聆听高大人的高见啊。。。
So you had better not despise his strange image, sometimes you really have to listen to the great man’s great wisdom…
所以我就乖乖在黑暗里带领祷告会咯。。。
So I obediently led the prayer meeting in darkness…
其实也真的蛮有气氛的，在黑暗中仿佛也能把隐藏在心灵深处最黑暗的秘密向神倾诉。。。而且实际方面也挺省电的，哈哈。。。
Actually the atmosphere was really special too, it seemed you could pour out to the Lord the darkest secrets hidden deep within your heart… and on the practical side it really saved electricity too, haha…
