我找到他了，可是。。。 I found him, but…

自从我登了有关我大学好友的博文后，一些人很感动，纷纷留言，也有人协助我找到我那失联的好友，可是。。。

他写了一封信要求我把有关的博文和照片删掉，因为他说他已放弃他的信仰，他不要再被提醒，也叫我不要问他为什么。。。

当然，我脑子里充满了很多问号，但我尊重他，没问他为什么；但是我真的很惊讶。。。他说15年前他放弃了他的信仰，相反的，15年前我却成为牧师来传扬我的信仰。。。

感恩的是，这几天他都持续跟我通信，他还当我是他朋友。。。

我相信有一天他会告诉我发生什么事，我相信有一天他会回头，因为他虽然放弃他的信仰，可是神并没有放弃他，所以我才会再找到他。。。

Since I posted the article on my university best friend, some were very touched and left comments… someone even helped to locate my long lost friend, but…

He wrote a letter to me requesting that I take down that article and photos as he said he had already given up his belief, he did not want to be reminded, and asked that I do not ask him why…

Of course I am filled with a lot of questions in my mind, but I respect him by not asking him why; I was really shocked though… he said he gave up his faith 15 years ago, on the contrary, I became a pastor to share my faith 15 years ago too…

I am thankful that he continues to correspond with me these few days, he still regards me as his friend…

I believe one day he will tell me what actually happened, I believe one day he will return, because he might have given up his belief, but God has certainly not given up on him, that is why I could find him again…

    AMEN … God is in control… God knows what He is doing… to us it is the wrong turn, but to God, it is the right turn … to fulfilled His purpose… (giving u back what i’ve learned from you) take heart Mr Lim… LOVE him

    I think when we really experience the true love of God, like John Newton did, the hymn Amazing Grace, we will turn back to Him again one day, We really (2x) don’t know the dept of God’s grace and mercy on us until we experience the dept of our difficulties and no one to turn to that we begin to experience His love for us. Funny, sometime God has to allow us to go that extend.

    Yea I’ve encountered such situation as well,but not as long as 15 years. At first I was overwrought when I’ve found that person,but unfortunately there aren’t much to between us. But I’ll just believe that its not an co incident that we’ve met each other,but its the arrangement of God. Therefore I believe that his will and purpose lies behind it,and its the matter of my prayer that is going to break the shell of miracle…

    Like u have said Pastor, if God has given u a chance to keep in touch with him and he is not closing up on u, then I believe God already has His plan to bring your friend back to Him with u, Pastor, as His instrument. In His time He make all things beautiful.

      Amen. God never give up. I left God for about 20 years….but God led me to Blessed Church 10 years ago….God brought me back Himself. Now I know how true God is. God is great. Amen!!!!!!!
