自我压力测试法 Self-examining stress level test
1) 首先要全神贯注，不可分心，不要分散注意力 （暂时几秒钟不要跟人讲话、接电话、听音乐、吃喝等等。。。）
First, you must fully concentrate, do not be distracted by anything ( so temporarily just for a few seconds, stop all conversations, no phone calls, no music, no food or drink etc…)
There is a picture below, from the picture you will be able to tell how high your stress index is.
In the picture, you will see two dolphins jumping out from the sea, the truth is the two dolphins are EXACTLY IDENTICAL; but from scientific and psychiatric findings, if your eyes tell you they have some differences, that proves you are under some sort of stress right now!
If you can see more than two or three differences, that means your stress level is really too high and you desperately need to take leave to go for some vacation…
