简单又有效的压力测试法 Simple and effective stress level test

看来很多人都急于来个自我压力测试,可见面对压力的人真的太平常了。。。
Looks like many are eager to take this self-examining stress level test, this just shows indeed many people are really stressed out…

好,为了确定测试达到最好果效,你们一定要逐步配合所有指示,跟着步骤,不可一下子就跳到后面的指示,因若不按指示的次序,整个测试就会宣告失败,即无果效也浪费时间。。。
所以不要急,整个测试只有四个指示,顶多一两分钟,对你又有益!
记得,越急的人,压力越大。。。

Alright, to ensure the test has its maximal effect, you must adhere to all the instructions step by step, follow every step, do not skip to the instructions behind, because once you do that without following proper order, the whole test will fail, then you will see no result and therefore waste your time …
So do not rush, the whole test has only four instructions, will only take a couple of minutes at the most, and you will benefit from it!
Remember, hasty people are the most stressed…

自我压力测试法   Self-examining stress level test

1) 首先要全神贯注,不可分心,不要分散注意力 (暂时几秒钟不要跟人讲话、接电话、听音乐、吃喝等等。。。)
First, you must fully concentrate, do not be distracted by anything ( so temporarily just for a few seconds, stop all conversations, no phone calls, no music, no food or drink etc…)

2) 以下有一张照片,从照片当中你可以探测你的压力指数是否已过高。
There is a picture below, from the picture you will be able to tell how high your stress index is.

3) 照片里有两只从海里跳出来的海豚,事实是两只海豚都一模一样,毫无分别;但根据科学与心理学家发现,如果你眼中却看到它们有一些差别,那就证明你真的正在面对一些压力!
In the picture, you will see two dolphins jumping out from the sea, the truth is the two dolphins are EXACTLY IDENTICAL; but from scientific and psychiatric findings, if your eyes tell you they have some differences, that proves you are under some sort of stress right now!

4) 如果见到的差别超过两三项,那你的压力指数真的太高了,急需拿假休息了。。。好,请移下看看那两只海豚的照片。。。
If you can see more than two or three differences, that means your stress level is really too high and you desperately need to take leave to go for some vacation…
