自从去年6月运动会过后，我就停止跑步了。。。
Since the sports day in June last year, I had stopped jogging…
可是感谢主，今天我终于恢复跑步了。。。
But thank God, I’ve finally resumed jogging again today…
停止跑步有几个原因：运动会后脚受伤了、当时要比赛所以较积极、当时有人陪我训练、停久了也变懒了，等等。。。但我恢复奔跑了。。。
I stopped jogging for a few reasons: my knees were injured after the sports day, due to competition then so more diligent, at that time I had company training with me too, and after stopping for a while you would become lazy too, etc… But I have resumed…
为什么恢复呢？哈哈，不是运动会又要到了。。。也有好些原因：为健康啊、可以减肥啊、而且下个礼拜就要到新加坡录新唱片和布道，状况要好，气要足啊。。。但才刚开始跑，不知来得及吗？？？
Why did I resume? Haha, it’s not because our sports day is coming again… thare are various reasons too: for health, to lose weight, and next week I’m going to Singapore to record a new album and minister, so I must be in top condition and have enough breath… But I have just started, wonder whether it’s already too late???
其实我们应当一生都奔跑在主的道路上，一个人的时候也好，有伴的时候也好，一定要忠心奔跑直到见主面。。。
In fact we should always be running on God’s path, be it when you are alone or when you have company, we must run on faithfully till we see God’s face…
